He is survived by: his daughter Ashlee Mendoza (Oscar); his siblings, Tim Huske and Lori Potts; and his grandchildren, Kendrick, Mackenzie, Mason, Beck, Blakeleigh, Nataleigh and Junior.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ashlee Mendoza in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66604 to help with funeral expenses and burial.
