With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Joseph Vargas Jr. (Topeka, Kansas), who passed away on April 17, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Vargas and Emily Terrones Vargas; his brother Daniel Vargas; and his great-nephew Wyatt. He is survived by: his son Christopher; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Shane and Preston; his brother John Vargas; his cousin Eloise Flores; his niece Maura Vargas; his great-nephew Kieran Lutz; and his friend Carol Needham.
