He was predeceased by: his siblings, Russell Burris and Bernice Burris; and his children, Drew Burris and Eric Burris. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his daughter Kyle Rowland (Nick) of Cambridge England; his stepson Jay Klos (Pam) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jessica, Barksdale, Charlotte and Lawson; and also Nancy Jones (Marion) of Topeka.
