He is survived by: his parents, Harold C. and Wanda J. Biber, Jr. (Dutro); his brother Gary Biber (Sandra); his nieces, Colene McConnell, Karla Biber, Joshua, Jaron and Jason McConnell; and his son Norman Biber.
