He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Birdie Lee Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Shauna N. Bailey and Ronniece; his grandchildren, Chantz K. Hines and Isis N. Busey; and his siblings, Robert L. Bailey Jr. (Hazel), Kenneth R. Bailey, Bobbie Alexander (Edward), Paula, Ola L. Bailey-Drake (Lionel) and Tamika Bailey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
