With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine Catherine Chandlee in Topeka, Kansas, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 27, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Smith Heitert and William L. Heitert; her husband Richard "Dick" Kenneth Chandlee; her siblings, Lillian Tosie, Ellen Brown and Billy; and her daughter Diane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Chandlee of Washougal, Washington, Donna Casement of Topeka and Denise German of Camdenton, Missouri.; her brother Bobby Heitert of Imperial; her grandchildren, Lynn Lewis-Evans (Clint) of Byers, Colorado, Heather German-Bill (Bill) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Ryan German (Jennifer) of Camdenton Missouri and Daniel Casement (Whitney) of Topeka, Kansas.; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Phillips, Taylor, Bailey Bill of Ft. Worth, Texas, Chandlee German of Camdenton, Missouri and Mazie Casement of Topeka.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations in her name to be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, Topeka, Kansas.
