She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Angel and Irene Barnard Angel; her husband Kenneth Phillips; her son Kenneth Alan Phillips; her son-in-law Rodger Green; and her siblings, Shirley Best, Ray Angel and Marieta Church.
She is survived by: her children, Marcella Green, Dennis Phillips (Ruth), Mike Phillips (Lisa), Debbie Clausen and Eddie Phillips (Pam); her grandchildren, Brian, Stephen, Kyle Green, Brenda Smith, Randy Phillips, Becky Burks, Chad Phillips, Jared Phillips, Nancy Donaldson, Shelby Stein, Kaylee Clausen, Shawn and Austin Phillips; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Dylan, Taylor, Alex, Kylie Green, Jordan, Remington Smith, Wyatt Burks, Jacob Phillips, Brent Hart, Kendyl Burks, Hailey Phillips, Drake, Cash, Layla Stein, Brylee, Emerson, Tommy, Rory, Lane and Sawyer Phillips; and her great great grandchildren, Amaya and Enzo Smith.
