It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Faye Whaley of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Benjamin and Bernice Skeen Carson; her husband Lavern; and her siblings, Ted Carson, Charles Carson and Beverly Jinks.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Paslay of Lecompton, Kansas and Wayne Whaley of Wasilla, Alaska; her grandchildren, Scott Williams of Topeka, Nathan and Shaun Whaley; her great grandchild Aeden Williams; and her brother Roy Carson.
