She is survived by: her siblings, Georgann Kelly of Salina, KS, Charles E. Kelly II of Kingman, AZ, Norman Kelly of Topeka, KS, Barbara Kelly-Koffi of Las Vegas, NV, Phyllis Buford of Plainfield, IL and Shelley Kelly of Las Vegas, NV; and her close friend Edward Layton of Kansas City, KS. She is also survived by the nine children.
