He was predeceased by: his parents, Artimus Leonard and Anna Frances Wagner (Nevitt); his wife Elvira Spealman; and his daughter Diana Lynn. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Wagner (Kimberle), Rodney Wagner (Brenda), Rhonda Parsons (Chris) and Janu Cress (Bill).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home (605 State St, Emporia, KS 66801). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
A memorial has been established and will be designated later.
