He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland "Jack" E., Sr. and Rose Williams (Bowman); his sister Judy Wagstaff (Williams); his wife Mary Lou; his children, Kevin Williams, Kelly Chilson (Doug) and Kristi Mitchell (Rick); and his grandchildren, Brandon Williams, Brittany Smith, Brock Mitchell and Jace Mitchell.
