He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kelley and Monie Kelley (Riep); his wife Brenda Carol Hay; and his sister JoAnn LaFollette. He is survived by: his children, Lorrel Smith (Jason), Joshua A. Kelley and Timothy Kelley (Valerie); his grandchildren, Michael A. Smith, Kieryn G. Smith, Isabelle M. Kelley and TJ Kelley; and his sister Jean Crook (Kelley).
