While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wendling and Mary Wendling (Bedore); and his brother Galen Wendling. He is survived by: his children, Chanda DiMarzio (Dan) of Camino, Larry Wendling, Jr. (Toni) of Lyndon, Teresa Fitch of Lyndon and Neal Wendling (Tonya) of Lyndon; his brother Terry Wendling (Kristi) of Georgetown, Texas; and his sister-in-law Mary Fran Wendling of Oak Harbor, Washington. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Feltner Funeral Chapel (822 Topeka Ave, Lyndon, KS 66451). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
