She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Blankenship and Joybelle Blankenship (Stover); her spouse Carol David "C. D." Reagan; and her son James "Michael" Reagan. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Terri Garrett, Sherri Parrish (Craig) and Lanita Lee; her son Gene Wingo (Andrea); and her sisters-in-law, Frieda Smith and Colleen Peavler. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dove Cremations & Funerals - Southeast (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
