He was predeceased by: his father Kipp Emmons. He is survived by: his mother Clara McClellan Emmons of Topeka; his friend Junior Blue; his wife Karla Stern of Topeka; his sons, Kris Emmons (Kelly) of Berryton and Brian Emmons (Jennifer) of Cloverdale, California; his grandsons, Ethan and Jake Emmons of Berryton; and his sister Connie Long (Patrick) of Carbondale.
Due to the COVID-19 executive orders, which Kim had opinions about, a celebration of life will be held at a future date.
