He is survived by: his mother Laura Cooks-Lipscomb of Kansas; his stepfather Dario De Jesus Rodriguez of Kansas; his father Dexter Hayes Sr. of Nevada; his grandmother Mary Hayes of California; and his siblings, Kimberly Solis of California, Dexter Hayes of Nevada, Yonda Wieathersof of California and Mathew Hayes of California. He is also survived by Aunts and Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins as well as many close Friends.
