It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Laird (Topeka, Kansas), born in Caney, Kansas, who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Knapp McBurney and Dorothy Ashby Norfleet McBurney; her brother-in-law Les VanWinkle; and also Gordon Motl. She is survived by: her siblings, Diana Van Winkle of Coffeyville and John McBurney (Judy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
