She was predeceased by: her sons, Charles R. Jurski, Jr. and Michael J. Jurski. She is survived by: her parents, Carl Haun and Anita Haun (Olver); her spouse Charles R. Jurski; her children, Kim Sebastian of Topeka and Keith Jurski of Davenport; and her siblings, April Amorine of Pennsylvania and Angela Guidotti of New Jersey. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
