Though Kathleen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kathleen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Willard E. Dugger; and her parents, Fay O. Allen and Glennie Allen (Lewis). She is survived by: her son Kent A. Dugger (Cindy S.); her grandson Tyler K. A. Dugger (Hana Renee); and her sisters, Dorothy Mathis (Allen) and Gene Harris (Allen). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
