It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katera Mayfield of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bessie Miller and Andrew Mayfield. She is survived by: her parents, Kristina Benham and Nick Mayfield; her stepmother Bobbi Mayfield; her grandmother Joyce Jones; her brother Zane Johnson; her niece Noelle Sparks; her sisters, Hailey Mayfield of Salina, KS, Emerald Mayfield of Fort Worth, TX and Jazmyn Christie; and also Jazlynn of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
