We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2018, at the age of 84, Kate Billinger (Topeka, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Billinger; her children, Debi Adams (Larry) of Ottawa, Karen Billinger (Scott Natvig) of Apache Junction, Janny Politi (Paolo) of Topeka, Alan Billinger (Miriam) of Santa Cruz and Terri Kershaw (Sam) of Maple Hill; and her siblings, John "Bob" Neihouse of Salina, Jim Neihouse of Downs, Betty Hoggatt of Clinton, Virginia Gross of Tuscon and Gerry Parker of Salina. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
