She is survived by: her parents, Michael DeBernardin and Sharon McHargue (Manis); her daughters, Haylie Morrison (Max) of Chicago and Sidney Koch of Chicago; and her siblings, Michael A. DeBernardin of Topeka, Sheryl Speier (Steve) of Topeka and Donna Worthley of Oceola, MO. She is also survived by two grandchildren and several nephews.
