Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Judy Kay of Topeka, Kansas, born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 79, on July 28, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hayes and Ethel Hayes (Lawson); her son-in-law Doug Menke; and her brothers, David, Walter, Wayne, Virgil and Leslie Hayes.

She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Cadwallader; her daughters, Traci Menke of Topeka and Dusti Peddle of Overland Park, KS; her stepdaughter Amanda Hartshorn (Brock) of Topeka; her grandchildren, Ryan Padilla (Emily) of Berryton, KS and Melissa Flynn (Kyle) of Columbus, OH; her stepgrandson Taylor Hartshorn of Topeka; and her brothers, Larry Hayes of Emporia and John Hayes (Janet) of Leawood, KS.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Helping Hands Humane Society, or the Ronald McDonald House and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66603.
