She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Roberts and Vada Roberts (Cody). She is survived by: her husband Lester "Red" Ellis; her children, Nikki Mooney (Brian), Pamela Hughes (Paul) and Mark Ellis; and her siblings, Kenneth, William Roberts, Peggy Roberts, Mildred Greene, Shirley Watts, Goldie Lind, Olive Moore, Dorothy Visnosky, Irvin Roberts, Bobby Roberts, Clifford Roberts and Junior Roberts. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3616 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66606).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation, honoring a cause dear to Juanita's heart.
