She is survived by: her husband Laird Lester of Topeka; her daughters, Jean Wolfley-Short (Richard) of Topeka and Christina Rousser of Topeka; and her siblings, Anthony LaPaglia (Karen) of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mary Caswell of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Felice Serran of Scranton, Pennsylvania and Anna Burnett of Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
