He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Caldwell and Evelyn Caldwell of Overland Park, KS; his sister Sue Ann Hammer of Overland Park; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Ann Rosensweet of Deerfield, Illinois and Frank M. Rice of Topeka; and his nephew Darren Rice of Topeka.
He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Caldwell of Topeka; his children, Clark Caldwell of Topeka and Adrienne Caldwell VanZandt (Jeff) of Wichita, KS; his grandsons, Brandon VanZandt and Austin VanZandt of Wichita, KS; his siblings, James E. Caldwell (Joyce) of Hartsel and Kay Watkins (George) of El Centro, CA; his siblings-in-law, Betty Rice of Clearfield, UT and Ron Rosensweet of Deerfield; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Rodee, Laurie Evans, Susan Swyden, Joe Hammer, Jamie Hems, James Caldwell, Stephanie Caldwell and Debra Rosensweet McClure.
