He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Babcock and Bernice Babcock (Rausch); and his sister Shirley Verd. He is survived by: his children, Gayle Dopf (Kevin) of Richmond Hill, Georgia, Adam Babcock (Lori) of Urbandale, Dana Garland (Arthur) of Topeka and Megan Bond-Toney (Anthony) of Topeka; and his brothers, Otis, Everett, Jay Dee, Bob and Larry. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
