He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Culvahouse of Lawrence; his children, Alexander Fredericksen of Emporia, Marguerite Fredericksen (Justin Whitaker) of Maize and Hannah Fredericksen of Ft. Scott; his stepchildren, Stacey Lyddon of Topeka and Sean Dempsey (Donna) of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Jeff Culvahouse (Sandi) of Overland Park and Alison Hodges of Manhattan. He is also survived by one grandson, four granddaughters, and one great granddaughter.
