He was predeceased by: his daughter Chelsea McKay Perez; and his mother Mary Perez. He is survived by: his children, Madison Perez, Corey Perez, Nicole Perez, Ryan Perez and Nathan Perez; his siblings, Rita Rider (John), Tina Schall, Thomas Navarrette, Simon Navarrette, Jr., Audrey Navarrette, Lena Crandall (Joe), Israel Navarrette, Hope Harrison and Marsha Casselberry; and also Jennifer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
