He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Dougan and Blanche Dougan (Coffey); his daughter Linda Caulfield; and his siblings, Mary Dougan, Marvel Dougan, Earl, Bob and Jim Dougan.
He is survived by: his sons, Rod Dougan (Vicki) of Houston, TX and Tom Dougan (Sandy) of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren, Greg Bradley (Shannon) of Sequim, WA, Scott Dougan (Jennifer) of Prairie Village, KS, Adam Dougan (Tiffany) of Topeka, KS and Kelly Meyer (Clint) of Hiawatha, KS; and his great grandchildren, Larry Dougan, Samuel Dougan and Jackson Meyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
