He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. O'Flaherty, Sr. and Dolores M. O'Flaherty (Eakes); and his brother Larry O'Flaherty. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Steanson, Patty Gleeson, Gerald O'Flaherty (Nanette), Annette Frisbie (Paul) and Stephanie O'Flaherty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
