He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Donald and Carol Boles (Johnson); his stepfather Darryl Boles; his brother Jay Donald; and his stepson Joshua Swindell.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul, Joey and Christopher; his stepson Aaron Moss; his brothers, John and Jeff; and his stepsiblings, Brent Boles and Brenda Fenner. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and all of his wonderful friends.
