“I have known Jill since I moved into her apartment building in 2009. She has been a wonderful and very sweet friend. She lived on my floor and I probably knew her longer than anywhere here on this floor, other than one other lady. She was always ready with a quick smile and a friendly and caring greeting. She was one of those rare individuals that never changed her attitude from day to day like a lot of people. She was the same sweet lady always, even with the many health issues she had.”
