He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonah Spohn and ElDora Mohn Spohn; and his wife Jill Spohn (Cooper). He is survived by: his children, Jerold Spohn Jr. (Reva), Bryon Spohn, Michael Spohn (Erin), Barbara Boggs (Matt), Jennifer Hickman (Daniel) and Susan Monnier (Mark); his grandchildren, Jayme Raynor (Trey), Kaitlyn Siewert, Morgan Wolf, Jamie, Evan Boggs, Issac, Samuel Monnier, Joseph and Anabel Hickman; and his great grandchild Amaya Raynor.
