He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Billinger and Anna Nemechek Billinger; and his wife Irma Billinger. He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Alvarez; his grandsons, Jason and Ricky Sekulich; his brothers, Jim Billinger and Keith Billinger; and the mother of his child Shirley Woods. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
