She is survived by: her daughter Lorie Eyler (Dan) of Blue Springs, MO; her granddaughter Amy Smith Ruiz (Jason) of Wesley Chapel, FL.; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Oliver Smith, Carter and Isabelle Ruiz.
