She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Duncan and Margaret Duncan (Rosso). She is survived by: her husband Dennis Nelson; her children, Kathy Nelson Smith and Brice Nelson (Whitni); and her grandchildren, Madeline Langston (George), Bennett Smith, Lauren Smith, Cedar Chapman, Elijah Chapman (Ginny) and Dakota Chapman. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Grace Episcopoal Cathedral (701 SW 8th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603).
