He is survived by: his father William Tinsley; his children, John Tinsley (Rebekah) of Excelsior, MN, Alexa Tinsley of Topeka and Dylan Tinsley of Lawrence; his grandsons, Andrew Tinsley and Luke Tinsley; and his siblings, David Tinsley (Jenny) of Topeka, Anne Stark (Barry) of West Chicago, IL, Gerry Tinsley (Debbie) of Topeka, Bill Tinsley of Topeka, Cathie Halpin (Mike) of Topeka, Barb DeWalt (Scott) of Topeka and Bob Tinsley (Steve Barstow) of Baltimore, MD.
