With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James S Phelps of Topeka, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Barngrover; and his son Zeby. He is survived by: his father Steven Phelps; his siblings, Chris (Darcie), Brandon, Jenny, Melissa and Brandy; his aunt DeAun (Bob); his children, Brendan (Whitney), Brooklyn (Christian) and Miriah (Alex); and his grandchildren, Riley, Harrison, Madelyn, Aenya, Kalliope, Kyran, Juniper and Meridius.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Historical Topeka Cemetery (1601 SE 10th St, Topeka, KS 66607). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
