It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Flott of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orren Flott and Ruby Flott (Neely); his wife Dixie L. Meires; his son Michael J. Flott; and his brothers, Richard L. Flott and Robert E. Flott.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian Flott (Jennifer) and Shawn Flott (Rachel); and his stepchildren, Karla Novacek of Derby, KS, Charles Ridder (Cindy) of Topeka and John Ridder (Joi) of Topeka.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sunrise Optimist Club Sports Program and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
