He is survived by: his significant other Amy; his sister Carolyn Smith-Harris (Brandon); his nephews, Mendel Smith-Harris (Kelsey) and Brandon Smith-Harris; his great-nephew William Everett Smith-Harris; and his brother Quintin Scott Smith.
