He is survived by: his son Herbert (Thelma Jean Ellyson Eldringhoff); his former wife Cheryl McCain; his sons, Tony, Nick, Joe and Pat; his grandchildren, Isaac, Gideon, Emma and Noah; his family Cabo San Lucas; his spouse Marjie Gale; his children, Josh and Bailey Chaloupek; and his siblings, David and Jeanette McAllister. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
