We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2023, at the age of 52, James E. Hester of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James E. Hester to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father James Hester. He is survived by: his mother Wilma "LeeAnne" Skinner (Mansfield) of Topeka; his stepfather Stephen Skinner of Topeka; and his sisters, Tina Ruecker (Terry) of Meriden and Michelle Worthington (Brent) of Topeka. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews; and two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
