He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessie Perkins (Michael) of Lawrence and Kate Wise (Stephen Tierce) of Topeka; his siblings, John Clark (Barbara) of Belton, MO, Thomas Clark (Julie) of Shawnee, Anthony Clark of Topeka, Timothy Clark (Sammy) of Topeka and Connie Harper (Lonnie) of Ozawkie; and his grandchildren, Michael D. Perkins and Ava Wise.
