He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Joshua Robertson and Ryan Shultz. He is survived by: his wife Janice S. Bertrand; and his children, Chris Shultz (Annette) of Paola, KS, Melissa Robertson (Mark) of Whitehouse Station, NJ, Tim Shultz (Melissa) of Topeka, KS and Nathan Shultz (Sarah) of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
