It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Shuler (Topeka, Kansas), born in Bolivar, Missouri, who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Shuler and Marjorie Wheeler Shuler; his wife Erma Pauline Mooneyham; and his brothers, Levon, Jim and Bob.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Shuler (Trish), Rennie McKinney (Richard) and Wade Shuler (Meegan); his grandchild Deaken Shuler; his sisters-in-law, Velma Lee, Ellen and Florence; and his nephew Kenny Shuler. He is also survived by his brother; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Auburn-Washburn Public Schools Foundation, sent in care of the funeral home.
