She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Hopkins and Mary Trautman Hopkins. She is survived by: her former husband Charles Caviness; her husband Chuck; her children, Christi Zimmerman (Josh), John Caviness (Lori) and Andy Caviness (Casandra); her grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Kami Zimmerman, Colin, Ethan, Lauryn, Kaden and Kylie Caviness; and her brother Stephen Hopkins (Nancy).
