He was predeceased by: his brother George. He is survived by: his son Herbert Louis Manger, Sr. (Thelma Mae Russell Manger); his spouse Shirley Rae Evans; and his children, Debbie L. Woods (Mark) of Holton, David Manger (Susan) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Diana Manger of Topeka, Dawn Smith (Shawn) of Topeka and Alan Brown (Cindy) of Haysville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
