He is survived by: his spouse Janet; his children, Shayne Filby, Joseph Bansuelo, Jennifer Bansuelo and Jorge "Adam" Bansuelo; his grandchildren, Ragan Filby, Ian Filby, Maxwell Filby, Aubrey Filby, Bradyn Filby and Joaquin Bansuelo; and his siblings, Ruth Hodges, Chic Lintner and Pete Filby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
