She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam H. Jager and Helen Venita Jager (Applegate); her husband Willis Simmons; and her brothers, Arthur, Frank (Freda), Norman (Bert), Roy (Dot) and Bob (Barbara).
She is survived by: her children, David Simmons (Tamy), Alan Simmons (Kathy), Karen Stieg (Allen), William Simmons (Kristy) and Kenneth Simmons (Jolene); her grandchildren, Piper Hower (Aaron), Hunter Simmons (Cayla), Amy Powers (David), Nathan Simmons, Nicole, Lexi Simmons and Christopher Simmons; and her siblings, Ruth Hochard, John Jager (Jack) and Kathrine Ullman. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
